Intro
Hi, my name is Kelly Tran and I am an incoming sophomore attending at Garden Grove High School. Class of 2014!!!!! On this website I will upload my assignments in Graphic Designs ROP.These assignments include things I do in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. For me I personally actually enjoy InDesign, it brings out your long-hidden creativity side. Photoshop and Flash are also things that I enjoy doing, and some of the creations came out better than expected. Enjoy ! :D
Goal:
My academic goal is to attend UCI or UCR in the future, and at lease have a GPA of 3.8 or higher during my sophomore year. Back in junior high getting a high GPA was so much easier than getting a high GPA in high school. I somewhat have a feeling that my GPA sophomore year will excede freshman year's total GPA. Stepping outside of the academic world, my goal is to grow to at least 5'5 and nothing more. Another goal I have is to start and finish my gold award for g.s. I am slowly trying to reach each of my goals starting with my gold award even though its a confusing process with a lot of work required; and then with my sophomore grades.
SPORTS :
I have always liked to watch basketball LA LAKERS ; but enjoyed playing volleyball more. I also like swimming and sometimes play badminton. My active side doesn't always show; except when I am with my friends and we are playing a competitive game then and only then could I get into it and play hard. It also depends on the sport and my mood at the time. Sophomore year I look forward to joining swim at school. I am looking forward to the training but the tanning ... not so much.
Travels:
I love to travel, and with my family I have been to Norway,(multiple times)Spain, Paris and we are planning to go to either Rome or Italy in the next year. Norway is a beautiful place that always seems safe; even when your walking alone on the road you are not familiar with. All the people who live there are nice and friendly. Paris a.k.a the city of lights was not like what I expected. It was HOT! Over 90 degrees yet people there are still waring suits and sitting in cars or buses with out any of the windows open or air conditioning on. The streets are jammed packed. However the site of the Eiffel Tower was something to see. It literally lights the whole city.
